🪁 Gta Vice City Mouse Not Working

When in game, I can not look around - I can move fine just I am looking straight ahead. I have tried downloading dinput.dll which didnt work and I tried running the game in windows 98/windows me compatibility mode and nothing works. I am on windows 10. Please help. I've deleted all other add-on .dll and .asi files and everything in my scripts folder, but the game will only launch if I delete dinput8.dll.
